lindsay and craig: Seattle wedding!

Lindsay and Craig's Seattle outdoor wedding at Maroni Meadows this past July was the thing of Seattle wedding dreams: it was slightly overcast and damp all day, but it made every green leaf glow. It rained, but only at the end of the night. And everyone just kept on dancing.

When I first met Lindsay and Craig last fall over a dirty vanilla chai in Moscow, Idaho, I just knew this wedding was going to be amazing. Possibly it was because Lindsay was the nicest human being I had ever met. The warmth and kindness I felt from Lindsay was immediate and it perfectly contrasted Craig's more reserved and sarcastic manner. But also, I knew it was going to be an amazing wedding because Lindsay is the most organized person I've ever met and her vision for their wedding was clear from the beginning.

Lindsay and Craig met their freshmen year and dated for an entire 4/5 years before getting married this July.

Some highlights about this wedding: when one of the bridesmaids stuffed her phone in her bra and stepped up as DJ, Craig's smile when he saw Lindsay for the first time in her dress, the groomsmen took 30 seconds to get ready and ordered pizza, the flower girl giggling before she ran down the aisle forgetting to dump her flowers so she did it all in one swoop, it started pouring during the reception and Lindsay's dress got totally dirty and she didn't care at all, the synchronized father and daughter dance, THE DANCING by all of the guests, the Cajun food truck, Lindsay's BEAUTIFUL dress that stole the show, the successful polaroid guest book that everyone was talking about, and the father of the bride's speech which involved YOGA! In the middle of the room!

I should also note that this wedding party and all the guests went above and beyond to treat every person involved in the wedding with respect.

Lastly, I got to bring my lovely boyfriend as my second shooter for this wedding, making it extra fun to have him work along side me! He created so many beautiful images, several I posted below!
